For years, Tony Jones has been leading groups into the million-acre Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. These trips are a combination of camaraderie, hard work, incredible scenery, and life-changing conversations around the campfire.

Tony outfits your trip and leads you through the backcountry on the border of Minnesota and Canada. The cost is $1500 per person and includes canoes, tents, food, and safety gear. You bring your own clothes and sleeping bag; the hotel rooms on the schedule are not included in the price. A detailed packing list will be provided a month before the trip.

SCHEDULE
Sunday: Arrive in Minneapolis before dinner, stay at a hotel
Monday: Drive north, lunch in Duluth, arrive at outfitters
Tuesday: Put in (that’s canoe-speak for starting the trip)
Wednesday: Canoe
Thursday: Canoe
Friday: Canoe
Saturday: Take out, clean gear, and drive back to Minneapolis
