A Christmas Greeting

Courtney took that photo from our front step last week, which gives you a little taste of the beauty of Minnesota this December. I’ve been out braving the cold temps chasing grouse and deer and pheasants, as usual. But now I’m home, and starting tomorrow the kids will arrive, one-by-one. We’ve got a Christmas tree in the living room, and the kitchen counter is laden with cookies that we hope the kids will help us eat.

I’m grateful for you — thanks for staying subscribed to this list. I pummeled you with emails for a year, when my book was fresh. Many of you bought it, read it, and corresponded with me about it. (If you want a signed copy sent to someone you love for Christmas, you can do that here.) Since then, I’ve tried not to bug you much, nor will I in the future. Just once in a while, when I’ve got something cooking (like the class above) that I think will interest you.
